Responsibilities:
    Client Management
  • Manage onboarding process of new client
  • Manage renewal process of existing client
  • Open and maintain client accounts by recording accurate account information
  • Proactively notify client of payments due/returned to settle account or prevent policy interruption to client
    Team Support
  • Work closely with CSM to ensure proper procedures and customer service is being delivered
  • Provide support to business development executives
  • Prompt response and delivery on all means of communication to support other departments
  • Participate in generating reports through collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution timely and do follow-up to ensure resolution
    Customer Service
  • Proactively notify client of payments due/returned to settle account or prevent policy interruption to client
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email or other means to effectively communicate to clients
    Data Entry and Client File Management
  • Record client information with compliance
  • Ensure adjustments are done in a timely manner
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Maintain client records with compliance to data integrity
Job Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • Insurance background preferred
  • Mandarin speaking is a MUST
  • Two (2) full-time positions available
