Responsibilities:
  • Work with Business Process Supervisor for commission resolution on any variances with payments.
  • Routine commission calculations, and support disputed inquiries from the business.
  • Ensure accuracy of commission data entry of payments and adjustments
  • Support the Business Process Supervisor in timely resolution of commission disputes and payment adjustments as required.
  • Participate in accounts reconciliation process to validate accuracy of data entry
  • Provide data entry support to our client servicing teams to ensure accurate and complete client records
  • Maintain commission statement filing to adhere to set record retention guidelines.
  • Participate in accounts receivable functions to ensure the collection of commission due
  • Participate in audit validation process as required by the business
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Accountancy, Management Accounting and Financial Management is preferred
  • Keen to details and good at numbers
  • Proficient in accounts reconciliation and reports preparation
  • Has the ability to safeguard confidential information
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Mandarin Speaking is a MUST
  • Insurance background preferred
