Responsibilities:
Work with Business Process Supervisor for commission resolution on any variances with payments.
Routine commission calculations, and support disputed inquiries from the business.
Ensure accuracy of commission data entry of payments and adjustments
Support the Business Process Supervisor in timely resolution of commission disputes and payment adjustments as required.
Participate in accounts reconciliation process to validate accuracy of data entry
Provide data entry support to our client servicing teams to ensure accurate and complete client records
Maintain commission statement filing to adhere to set record retention guidelines.
Participate in accounts receivable functions to ensure the collection of commission due
Participate in audit validation process as required by the business
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Accountancy, Management Accounting and Financial Management is preferred
Keen to details and good at numbers
Proficient in accounts reconciliation and reports preparation
Has the ability to safeguard confidential information
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Mandarin Speaking is a
