Daily proactive monitoring of systems and exception handling
Project management and support for assigned process and infrastructure improvements
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Troubleshoot system faults and apply diagnostic utilities to aid as applicable
Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users
Participate in adhoc activities as assigned by management
Field incoming help requests from end users via helpdesk
Document all pertinent end user identification information and nature of problem or issue including all successful and unsuccessful decision made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution
Perform post resolution follow-ups to help requests
Develop help excel worksheets using macro or vba programming and knowledge base articles for end users
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Expert with Microsoft Office
Strong working experience in excel, macro and visual basic for application
Programming knowledge and experience (preferrably visual basic, .Net, php)
Data analysis and problem solving skills
Solid familiarity with conditional formatting, conditional formulas, sheet wide sorting and sheet auto update
Business Process Analysis
Systems analysis, design and implementation
Project management
Implementation of core I/T disciplines (incident, problem and change management)
Implementation of Operational Excellence methodologies
Global process mentality
Ability to translate complex, technical topics to business stakeholders
