Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of business process to develop global view
Document and improve global policies and procedures with best practice approach
Ensure timely and accurate reporting & ad hoc reports as required by Sr. Management
Provide oversight on day to day operations and associated projects
Manage local operations team & regional client servicing managers
Conduct periodic audit quality control functions
Build internal relationships to support global change
Provide oversight of commission entry activities, planning, systems & controls
Manage day to day processing of accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation
Participation in com entry validation to support audits conducted within the business
Process mapping for all operational & client servicing procedures
Create united team environment
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by proactively promoting "client first" approach
Support ad hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position
Previous insurance industry experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff groups through major projects and initiatives
Strategic thinker with the proven ability to analyze, challenge and deliver ways to improve business policies and procedure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues in a clear, concise and effective manner
Demonstrated sound judgment when making decisions
Ability to provide coaching, training and support to the team
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) and other business related software systems
