Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and propose programs to acquire new leads and potential markets
• Carry out market research on prospective areas, competitive markets and industry trends
• Develop business plans and initiatives to expand sales potential
• Review sales activities and strategies to maximize results
• Ensure sales targets and outcomes are achieved within schedule
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients
• Lead and motivate a team of business development
• Provide BD team insights into stategic initiatives to ensure client satisfaction
• Key channel of Client Servicing team and customers for any concerns

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or any related field
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Project management skills
• Experience in insurance is a huge advantage
• Excellent communication skills (French and Chinese speaker is a bonus)
• Ability to communicate to a broad range of organizational senorities
• Knowledgeable of MS Office
