Human Resources Executive/Supervisor
Hong Kong

  • Report to the General Manager of the Hong Kong office
  • Handle full spectrum of HR activities for Hong Kong office including but not limit to recruitment, payroll, performance evaluation, employee relations etc.
  • Maintain correct and up-to-date HR record
  • Maintain correct and up-to-date HR record
  • Handle work visa application and renewal for expatriates
  • Ensure all compliance requirements of the company and the employees are met
  • Work closely with the regional HR manager for local and group HR activities
  • Handle office administrative activities such as business cards, payment requests etc.
  • Maintaining timely and clear communication between GM and other teams
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Tertiary or above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English. Cantonese or other languages beneficial
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-confident, detail-oriented and independent
  • able to work under pressure and cope with high demand
  • 5-day week
